(corresponding to Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023), seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 13.04.2018 (Annexure P-1), passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, in Criminal Revision No.180 of 2018, titled "Avtar Kaur versus Harminder Singh and others" , arising out of FIR No.08, dated 07.09.2010, registered under Sections 406, 420, 448, 380, 511 and 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI, Jalandhar, whereby the revision petition filed by the complainant against the dismissal of an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. was allowed and, consequently, the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. filed by the prosecution in case No.85357/2013, titled "State versus Harminder Singh and others" , arising out of the aforesaid FIR, was also allowed
