The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeking the concession of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 46 dated 16.10.2024, initially registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 323, 324, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860).
