This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 23.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Punjab State Commission for NRIs, Chandigarh in FIR No.138 dated 08.06.2019, registered under Section 420 IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, Patiala. 2. At the very outset, Learned State counsel, upon instructions, submits that cancellation report has already been presented and the same is pending consideration before the competent Court/authority. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to contest the cancellation report. 4.
