Respondent **** CORAM: HON’BLE MR JUSTICE DEEPAK GUPTA **** Present: - Mr.Amandeep Singh Jawandha, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged violation of the order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Court in CRWP-2905-2026 (Annexure P1). The operative part of the said order is as under:- “Let enquiry into the complaint of petitioners be conducted by Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, Punjab and the same be concluded expeditiously, preferably within a period of 01 month from today, by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Necessary action thereupon be taken, if so required. The material produced by the petitioners as also the CCTV footage of the police station be considered in the enquiry. In case Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, Punjab does not find any substance in the allegations levelled in the representation (Annexure P-12), the petitioners shall
