Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was acquitted by this Court, vide judgment dated 30.07.2018, Annexure P-2, under the PC Act, whereupon he was reinstated, however, his claim for promotion has not been considered from the date that of his juniors. In this regard, he would submit a representation giving all details and appending relevant documents to substantiate his claim, to the respondents which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case the petitioner submits a representation within a PARVEEN KUM
