Present appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the order dated 05.09.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, whereby concession of anticipatory bail has been granted to respondent No.2 namely Harmeet Singh, in case, FIR No.184 dated 22.08.2025, under sections 115(2), 127(1) of BNS, 2023 and section 3(2) (va) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2.
