Petitioner Gurpawandeep Singh alias Pawan Bihari has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.11 dated 21.09.2016, registered under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station SSOC, Amritsar. 2. On the basis of secret information received by the police team, FIR in the present case was registered which reads as under:- “Today, STP received the information that Ranbir Singh alias Rana Kandowalia who is an accused in many heinous offences and is a proclaimed offender, today he is present in his village Kandowali, Police statio, Jhander, District Amritsar Rural and have called his some accomplices at his home and ar making the plan of commit a big crim
