(Oral) Prayer in the petition is for quashing order dated 05.04.2018 vide which petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender in complaint titled ‘Harminder Singh Vs. Gurdeep Singh Dhillon’ and for quashing of FIR No.56 dated 24.04.2018 under Section 174-A Indian Penal Code, Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned Amicus Curiae for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been convicted in the complaint case and also in the FIR under Section 174-A IPC and the petition has become infructuous. Learned State counsel does not dispute this factual position. Petition stands dismissed, having become infructuous. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
