Present petition is second attempt, which has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR, No.264 dated 29.09.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 302, 201, 202, 212, 120-B, 34 IPC & 25 of Arms Act, Police Station Sadar Narwana, District Jind. 2. The case set up in the FIR in question (as set out by the petitioner in the present petition) is as follows:- “To SHO Sir, Narwana Sadar Sir, I request that I am Surendra son of Shri Ishwar Singh resident of Ujhana.
