The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) in case FIR No.086 dated 04.04.2026, under Section 18- B of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal. 2. The Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 29.04.2026, had directed the petitioner to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.
