The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (Old corresponding Section is 438 Cr.P.C, 1973) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0055 dated 25.02.2026 under Sections 310(4), 310(5) and 341(2) of the BNS, 2023 (Section 346 and 317(2) of the BNS, 2023 was added later on), registered at Police Station Patran, District Patiala and in the meantime for staying the arrest of the petitioner, during the pendency of present petition. 2.
