DAILY LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.3 518 FAO-2535-2010 Gaurav Dwivedi Vs.Rupesh Kumar and others Present: Mr.Sachin Mittal, Advocate for the appellant. Mr.D.K.Prajapati, Advocate for the Insurance company. Discussed. A statement made on behalf of the appellant that in full and final satisfaction of his claim, an amount of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lacs only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to appellant, having been accepted on behalf of the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat a cheque in the sum of Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lacs only) favouring appellant-Gaurav Dwivedi within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment thereof. The cheque so deposited may be collected by the above-named appellant or the counsel representing the appellant against proper receipt. Miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
