The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.103 dated 26.07.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 118(2), 118(1), 115(2), 3(5) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. The quashing of FIR has been sought on the ground of compromise.
