The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order of transfer dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure P-6), passed by respondents No.2 and 3 for transfer of the petitioner from Civil Hospital, Ajnala to Sub Divisional Hospital, Samrala, on the basis of some administrative reasons; and relieving order dated 07.07.2026 (Annexure P- 7), vide which, the petitioner has been relieved from duty to join the duty at SDH, Samrala, without conducting any proper enquiry and providing any opportunity of hearing.
