This is a Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the present case, with respect to land in question, notices have been issued by the authorities, and thus, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before the authorities. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
