This petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.), seeking quashing of the order dated 06.07.2026 (Annexure P-7) passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Bathinda in NDPS Case No.369 of 2025 (CNR No. PBBT010104132025), titled as ‘State vs. Sukhjeet Singh @ Sukhi and another’ arising out of FIR No.102 dated 29.06.2025, registered under Sections 22(b), 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Thermal, District Bathinda, whereby the learned trial Court cancelled the bail granted to the petitioner, forfeited his bail and surety bonds and issued non-bailable warrants against him. 2.
