The criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following reliefs:- (i) Direction to official respondent No.2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner and his family at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6; (ii) Direction to official respondents to decide representation dated 12.04.2026. (iii) Direction to official respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against erring police officials for not taking action against the opposite party and subjecting petitioner to harassment and mental agony. 2.
