(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of order dated 17.04.2026 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula showing that in compliance of order dated 10.04.2026 as passed by this Court, the petitioner has furnished bonds and has been extended benefit of interim bail. There is nothing on record to suggest that he has misused the concession of interim bail so granted. The trial will obviously take considerable time to conclude.
