Heard Sri Imran Ullah, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Ms Mohabbat Bi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ram Kumar Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.454 of 2025, under Sections-85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Harduaganj, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that wife of the applicant committed suicide by hanging. Thereafter, father of the deceased lodged an FIR making allegation against the applicant and his family members for continuously harassing the deceased for the non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
