Court No. - 68 (Sl. No. 57 out of 93) HON'BLE KRISHAN PAHAL, J. 1. List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri Ashish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 505 of 2014, under Sections 2 & 3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Sihani Gate, District - Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present case is registered under the U.P. Gangsters Act. As per the gang chart, the applicant is shown in three cases, in all of which he has already been enlarged on bail. Apart from these, a criminal history of 17 additional cases has been attributed to the applicant. Out of these, bail orders are available in five cases, while in the sixth case (also under the U.P. Gangsters Act), the applicant has yet to
