Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Anurag Pathak, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Somendra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R. N. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 50 of 2026, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Nanauta, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against the applicant and co-accused Ruby after four months. He next submits, even it is a case of circumstantial evidence and except the evidence of last seen there is no other cogent evidence against the applicant on record. 4.
