The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0255 of 2025, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Ganganagar, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court concerned. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to some ulterior motive.
