Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-1 for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 405 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 of BNS, Police Station Wzirganj, District Budaun, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR in the present case was lodged by the applicant himself against unknown persons with regard to murder of his daughter, but during investigation, he himself has been made accused. 4. He next submitted that, during the course of investigation, the Investigating Officer recorded the statement of Akbar Ali, the cousin brother of the applicant, who stated that when he along with the applicant was searching the deceased then they found that she was sitting with a boy and however, the boy managed to
