The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.120 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 3(5), 351(3), 352, 131, 109(1), 103(1) BNS, Police Station Barhaj, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 4.
