Court No. - 65 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Sri Safiullah, advocate filed his power on behalf of the informant which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Rajesh Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Safiullah, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Ashutosh Singh, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.47 of 2026, under Sections 103(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 127(2) BNS, Police Station Kudh Fatehgarh, District Sambhal, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation co-accused Jasraj had taken the brother of the informant in his house on 06.03.2026 at about 08:00 PM in the night and thereafter he alongwith applicant and others committed his murder in his house but entire allegation levelled against applicant are totally false. 5. He further argued, except the fact that applicant is brother of the co- accused
