The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 461 of 2025, under Section 105 B.N.S., Police Station- Sungarhi, District- Pilibhit during pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is alleged to have occurred on 18.12.2025, whereas the first information report was lodged on 23.12.2025.
