Court No. - 55 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. for the State submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard Sri Anil Srivastava, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Prem Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant that applicant is father of the proprietor of the firm, which is alleged to have supplied medicine on fake letter of intent. It is submitted that the incident is of the year 2004-06, however, First Information Report has been lodged in the year 2021. It is submitted that investigation is going on, however, there is no evidence against applicant. The criminal history of applicant has been explained in paragraph no. 9 of the affidavit. Applicant is languishing in jail since 3.6.2026
