The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.525 of 2025, under Sections 191(3), 115(2), 352, 109(1), 103(1), 190 BNS, Police Station Badagaon, District Varanasi, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person and according to the FIR on minor issue unknown person opened fire due to which one Ramu sustained firearm injury and one Sameer Singh died but during investigation on the basis of information given by the police informer applicant has been made accused. 4.
