The applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 132 of 2016 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Rajghat District Gorakhpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted by the Investigating Officer after ten years of FIR. It is also submitted that general allegations have been made against the applicant. No specific role has been assigned against the applicant.
