The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.392 of 2025 (Sessions Case No.317 of 2026), under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of BNS, Police Station Anoopshahar, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however applicant is named in the FIR alongwith co-accused Munesh but only general allegations have been made against the applicant and co-accused Munesh and considering the entire facts in detail co-accused Munesh has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 12.06.2026 passed in Criminal Misc.
