Court No. - 82 HON'BLE HARVIR SINGH, J. 1. Heard Mr. Amit Daga, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the accused-applicant and A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 2. This is the second bail application moved on behalf of the accused- applicant, for being enlarged on bail, in Case Crime No. 733 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 351 (2), 352 BNS and 3 (5) B. N. S., Police Station Highway, District Mathura, during pendency of trial. The first bail application, being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 44439 of 2025, moved on behalf of the applicant was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 26.3.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the other co-accused Saurabh, who was also not named and was surfaced as an accused during the course of investigation, was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13.2.2026
