Court No. - 70 HON'BLE JAI PRAKASH TIWARI, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 52 of 2026, under Sections 303(2), 317(2) BNS, Police Station Malpura, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the applicant was not named in the subject FIR. His name surfaced during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that the first information report was lodged against unknown persons alleging that they intercepted the informant's auto-rickshaw and unlawfully took it away.
