Heard Sri Aishwarya Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Shiv Dutt Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2026, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) of BNS and Section 5(j)(ii)/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Akrabad,, District Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA submits that notice has been served on the first informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and the victim in her statement recorded under Sections 180 and 183 BNSS has stated that she was in contact with the applicant and the applicant established physical relationship with her on her consent.
