Court No. - 70 HON'BLE JAI PRAKASH TIWARI, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 165 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 131, 126(2), 127(2), 140(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 310(2) BNS, Police Station- Barsana, District- Mathura, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR and FIR of the present case was lodged against seven accused persons and 25-30 unknown persons, alleging therein that while son of the informant was going to his petrol pump from his car, the nominated accused persons, namely- Gokulesh, Rahul Gujar, Vinod, Vishram attacked upon him through wooden sticks and iron rods
