Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has pointed out that notice on the informant has been served on 07.06.2026. However, no one has appeared, when the case has been called on today. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 398 of 2023 under Sections 147, 148, 354, 323, 504, 506, 364, 289 of I.P.C. and 7/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (hereinafter referred to as "POCSO Act") 2012, Police Station-Shahpur, District-Muzaffar Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
