Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 66 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station – Bevar, District Mainpuri, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the basis of a solitary base case mentioned in the gang chart. The applicant is on bail in the said case. The learned counsel has further submitted that the applicant has a criminal history of four other cases, however he is on bail in the said cases and is not a previous convict. 4.
