Court No. - 72 HON'BLE VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J. 1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.306 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 333, 115(2), 118(1) and 109(1) BNS, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahar, with a prayer to grant them anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are absolutely innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case; they have nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicants. It is further contended that the applicants are stated to have caused injury by lathi and danda whereas the co- accused Shoaib was stated to have caused injury by knife in the abdomen of the injured.
