Heard, the Learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Rakesh Kumar Pandey, the Learned counsel for the informant and the Learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No.256 of 2024, under Sections 366, 420, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. - Cantt, District- Varanasi, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the above- mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicant Nos.1 and 2 are old age persons aged about 75 years and 65 years, respectively.
