The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 113 of 2026, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Kotwali, District Maharajganj, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegation in the First Information Report (FIR) is to the extent that the co-accused Vijay Shankar and Raghvendra Pratap had promised the informant of getting him a petrol pump.
