Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Learned counsel for the applicant and Learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.87 of 2026, under Section 110, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 191(2), 191(3). 3(5), 117(2) BNS, Police Station- Sector 126, District Gautam Budh Nagar, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The offence under Section 110 BNS is not made out. There is a cross version of the incident and the father of the applicant has also lodged an FIR being Case Crime No.93 of 2026 under Section 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S.
