Court No. - 72 HON'BLE VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 330 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 109, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station - Tarwan, District Azamgarh, with a prayer to grant him/her anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. The applicant was a minor, aged about 17 years 3 months and 23 days at the time of alleged incident; his date of birth is 15.08.208, as per his high-school certificate, whereas the incident had taken place on 08.12.2025.
