Court No. - 72 HON'BLE VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 288 of 2021, under Section 306 of I.P.C., Police Station - Khekhada, District Baghpat, with a prayer to grant him/her anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. Initially the F.I.R. was lodged under Section 302, 201, 506 of I.P.C. on 24.07.2021, however, during course of investigation, the case was converted into Section 306 of I.P.C. It is next contended that the F.I.R. was lodged on 24.07.2021 in respect of alleged incident dated 15.07.2021, wherein it is alleged
