Learned counsel for the applicants; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants in Case Crime No. 431 of 2026, under Sections 366, 420, 468, 471 of the IPC, Police Station – Cantt, District Varanasi, with a prayer to enlarge them on anticipatory bail, as the applicants apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the present case and seek anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The applicants are stated to be witnesses of the alleged fake marriage, which is being challenged by the informant where the informant claims that his daughter had been deceived into registering a false marriage.
