Court No. - 69 HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J. 1. Heard Sri Girish Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 826 of 2001, under Sections 325/323/332/506 IPC, P.S. Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that this is the second anticipatory bail application moved by the accused applicant. In the previous bail order dated 06.05.2026, the applicant has been granted anticipatory bail in Sections 147, 324, 353, 504, 224, 225, 307 IPC, the sections which was left mentioning are Sections 325, 323, 332, 506 IPC.
