Court No. - 71 HON'BLE RAJIV LOCHAN SHUKLA, J. 1. Learned counsel for the applicant; and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 05 of 2020 under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120B, 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Varanasi Sector (E.O.W.), District-Varanasi, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, till the conclusion of the trial, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i. The first information report has been lodged against the applicant and 10 other persons and as per the allegations made, the applicant and the other accused by making fake entries in muster roll have misappropriated
