Heard, Learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Ashish Pandey, the Learned counsel for the informant, the Learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.314 of 2025, under Sections 506, 471, 468, 467, 420, 406 I.P.C., P.S. - Kotwali, District- Azamgarh, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the above-mentioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the co-accused viz. Sandeep Singh and Kalamuddin are stated to have duped the informant of Rs.6,50,000/- on the pretext of getting a job for his wife in the High Court. Similar
