Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 495 of 2026, under Sections 61(2), 274, 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 111(2)B, 340(2) BNS, Section 60/72 of Excise Act and Section 103 of Trademark Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Lalitpur with a prayer to grant him anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. The applicant was not spot arrested.
