Court No. - 72 HON'BLE VIVEK KUMAR SINGH, J. 1. Heard Sri Ajeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.353 of 2016, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 & 306 I.P.C., Police Station- Jhunsi, District Allahabad (Prayagraj), with a prayer to grant her anticipatory bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case; she has nothing to do with the alleged offence in spite of that the police are trying to arrest the applicant. The deceased, Bal Mukund Tiwari, committed suicide on 21.03.2016, and in this regard, information was given by the father of the deceased, which was noted in the G.D. dated 21.03.2016 of Police Station Jhunsi, District Allahabad. No allegation has been levelled by
