The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 27 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station – Najibabad, District Bijnor, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail, as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the aforesaid case. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case along with nine other accused. The allegations in brief are that the applicant by cheating the informant misappropriated Rs.40 lakhs, which was taken under a notarized agreement to sell executed by the accused No.7 mentioned in the First Information Report, Babbu, who portrayed himself as the owner of the property named Chhunnu.
