The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.16 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), of the B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Rewatipur, District Ghazipur, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He seeks anticipatory bail on the following grounds :- i.
